How to ask

A single email does it.

1. Email hello@fieldgrade.app within 30 days of purchase.
2. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or put that address in the message.
3. Add your order number if it is handy. If not, we will find the order from your email.

What happens next

Once we have your email:

1. We tell Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, to refund everything you paid, including any tax.
2. We do that within a few days of your email, and never later than 14 days after it.
3. The money goes back to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Your license key stops validating, and the tool stops accepting it.

Your legal rights

Some places give buyers a cooling-off period for online purchases, for example 14 days in the EU and the UK. This refund covers it: ask within 30 days, for any reason or none, and the money comes back the same way.

After 30 days, write to us anyway if something is broken. Any rights the law gives you for a faulty product still apply, and nothing on this page takes them away.
